Employment & Vetting Standards
We firmly reject the industry practice of sub-contracting labour to unverified third parties. Every individual servicing your facility is a direct, WCB-covered employee of HarbourPoint. Prior to employment, all staff must pass rigorous provincial criminal record checks. We maintain strict uniform protocols and mandate the display of company identification badges while on client premises.
Invoicing & Payment Policies
Standard ongoing maintenance contracts are invoiced on the first day of the month for services provided in the preceding month. Our payment terms are Net 30 Days. Payments are securely processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or corporate cheque. Specialized, one-time projects may require a 30% mobilization deposit.
